The perfect nook

When I first moved into this house I was unsure of what to do with this little window space- it was tucked away from the living room but not really big enough to be its own room or dining area. And then it hit me a dual functioning space one where guests can sleep at night but during the day you can use and it is still aesthetically pleasing.

There is something so comforting about settling in amidst white down and twinkley lights- that seems to make the rest of the world fade away. This is the perfect place to post up with a good book and a cup of coffee and escape for a few hours.

And to make it even better this is possibly one of the quickest DIY's I've ever done- the longest part being the obtaining of the pallets.

Succulent Crown

I wanted to create something for those woman who are a free spirited, whimsical and like to be connected with nature; and do not want to compromise who they are on their wedding day...

Under a Starry Sky

Just a few shots I took in an abandoned water tower Andrew and I found this weekend.
Inside it felt as if you were stepping into the night sky...if the night sky were covered in graffiti but still it was pretty nifty.
